WHERE: A6 Derby Road/Matlock Road, Ambergate between its junction with A610 Riversdale and its junction with Broadholme Lane.
REASON: To facilitate repair and maintenance of highway.
HGV ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: A610: Riversdale/Ripley Road/ Ladygrove /Ripley Road. Hartshay Interchange. A38. Palm Court Island. A6: Duffield Road/Burley Hill/Derby Road / Town Street /Milford Road/Derby Road / The Bridge/Derby Road/ Chapel Street/Bridge Street/Matlock Road and vice versa
LIGHT VEHICLE ALTERNATE ROUTE: A6: Matlock Road. A517: Bridge Foot/Bridge Hill/Ashbourne Road. B5023: Wirksworth Road/Derby Road/ Warmbrook/ St James Street/Harrison Drive B5023: Cromford Road /Steeple Grange/Cromford Hill / The Hill/ Market Place. A6: Derby Road/ Matlock Road and vice versa
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.
